The French 75 is our study in effervescence. It’s light and botanical, where the floral lift of Gin and Cocchi Rosa meets a crisp rhubarb-apple cider and a breath of rose water. It is the bright, airy side of the orchard.
The Cosmo offers the counter-perspective—a centered, orchard-forward depth. By swapping citrus for the sharp acidity of verjus and layering in Calvados with our rhubarb cordial, we’ve created a version that is crisp, weighted, and deeply concentrated.
