Landing Strong is running a retreat From Surviving to Thriving, a really special women’s retreat, at the end of this month from October 25–30.

They’ve run this retreat before and received incredible feedback from participants. This time around, though, their numbers are a little lower than they had hoped, and they still have four spots available. Because of how meaningful this program has been in the past, they would really love to see those spaces filled by women who could benefit from the experience.

The retreat is free all-inclusive and takes place at the historic August House in Windsor, with meals, lodging, recreational activities, and therapeutic programming led by facilitators who specialize in trauma recovery.

If you are interested, please contact Landing Strong by phone: (902) 472-2972 or by email: [email protected].

Yours in Comradeship,
