🔥🥃 HONEY & ASH — A LITTLE SMOKE, A LITTLE SWEETNESS, A LOT OF MAGIC. ✨

Dark, seductive, and unapologetically bold. Meet Honey & Ash, one of our signature creations at FABLE Melbourne. 🍯🖤

A beautifully rich blend of Starward Honeycomb Wh**ky, our house-made burnt honey and a delicate dash of bitters, brought to life beneath a mesmerising cloud of hickory smoke. 🌫️

The result? Deep, velvety layers of caramelised sweetness, warming wh**ky and a lingering, smoky finish that dances across the palate.

It’s a little theatrical, a little mysterious, and dangerously delicious.

Because at FABLE, we don’t just make cocktails. We create a little magic in every glass. ✨

🌆 Rooftop views, exceptional cocktails and unforgettable evenings await.
