Pork belly skewers — gochujang-al pastor glaze, pineapple chimichurri, pickled chilli, cilantro criollo, fresh tortillas.

Shokoji pork cheek — slow roasted with pineapple, finished with lime.

This one-night-only event will feature a four-course, six-dish menu that seamlessly blends Mexican flavours with Cantonese and Japanese-inspired cooking.

Our fortnightly special has landed.

Half a grilled chicken, marinated for 24 hours in rich, smoky recado rojo, then grilled to perfection and served with sikil pak, charred snake chillies, pickled onions, burnt lime and warm tortillas.

Shred the chicken, add some lime, sauce, picked onions, and a chilli if you’re feeling spicy. Fold in a tortilla and enjoy.
