We've got plenty behind the bar for those taking it easy, including Bandwagon — all the botanicals, citrus and spice you'd expect, just without the alcohol.

Usually a seven-piece band, ALBATROSS arrives at The Pal tonight in a rare duo format. Led by composer Sean van Doornum and acclaimed guitarist Ben Hauptmann, their cinematic blend of folk, country, Latin influences and film-score-inspired songwriting creates something both intimate and expansive.

Monday nights were made for hospo hangs, strong pours and a little friendly chaos. 🧠🍸

Bartenders Picnic lands back at The Pal on Monday 29 June — trivia from 7pm, Dylan & Brad behind the wheel, plus prizes, merch trays and bragging rights up for grabs all night long.

This month we're teaming up with long-time Pal friend , spirit merchant at , to bring you — the historic Dijon liqueur house crafting some of France's finest cocktail ingredients since 1874.

Expect a special picnic menu featuring a Charlie Chaplin, K'ota Colada and Picnic Martini — all built around the Boudier range and pouring all night for $16.

And of course, 🍸 will be back pouring $10 wines for the picnic people.
