For over 30 years, the dance floor at 70 James Street has been well loved by countless line dancers. While it’s had many names (The Penitentiary, Neon Moon, Cowboy Junction, The Ranch, Ray’s Dance Ranch, Rascals), this dance floor holds many memories.
