Good morning FB friend and family I want to first thank God for blessing me with another day of life. Feeling blessed this morning with good health. My 30-30 body transformation challenge is on track. My Friday morning weigh in looks good 156.6 loss a little more than 3 and a half lbs. In 1 week but feeling more muscle and stronger than last week.
