From the team behind STL Barkeep, a bourbon and cocktail bar inspired by the warmth and charm of Webster Groves, Missouri.

Happy to report we’ve got two new happy hours, neighbor. 🫡

10/14/2026

If you’ve been to Off Elm or stopped by one of our STL Barkeep events, then you’ve probably seen Tim.

Tim has been with us for years and wears many hats (and bandanas). He knows his way around the bar, is a blast to work with, and has been leading the charge in the Off Elm kitchen for months now. We’re super grateful for the care and creativity he brings to the menu - and for getting to eat the results.

When not whipping up new things, you can find Tim at his weekly D&D campaign, watching sports (specifically the Denver Broncos), and cooking at home with friends and family.

Thanks for all you do, Tim.

You made that. And now you know how to make it again.

Join us for a Sunday afternoon cocktail class at Off Elm and get acquainted with the foundations of a great libation. Pat will show you the how - and explain the why.

New season. New menu. This close. 🤏

We’ve been busy behind the bar tasting, tweaking, stirring and shaking our way toward fall.

We think you’re going to like what the team has been working on.
