BURGER WEEK STARTS MONDAY 🙌

Inspired by the century-old pambazo tradition of Mexico City, our Burger Week creation pays tribute to one of Mexico’s most iconic street foods.

Built on a rustic bun dipped in guajillo sauce and griddled until crisp, it’s layered with refried pinto beans, Country Natural beef, Swiss cheese, chorizo-potato hash, avocado, caramelized onions, shredded lettuce, salsa verde, and crema.

Available August 10–16 for $10 during Portland Mercury’s Burger Week at Amaro’s Table Downtown.
