L*z mix thin set mortar for a tile job.
When you’re solo on the job, sometimes you have to improvise with what you have.

L*z build a custom behind the couch tabletop!

Client showed me the original setup, which was 2 tabletops they bought online (they tried looking everywhere for the perfect one and couldn’t find what they envisioned).

When their pup would look out the window sometimes her paw would get stuck inbetween the table tops and the window sill. It also wasn’t nice to look at from the sides because nothing was flush or covered. They also had a hard time feeling the airflow in that room due to the floor vent being covered.
So they really wanted and needed what they imagined could be built. They came to the right le***an!

After careful measurements, I came up with this design to not only hug the wall and window sill for pet safety but I was also able to optimize their airflow in the main living space.
It is 100% approved by their cat.

Yes, you get treasure if you return your Malmade Glow trinket on your appointment day.

If you’re thinking, “How do I get a trinket?”

You can get a trinket at the end of your appointment to return on your next visit if you are a first time client. Or if you spot the mermaid Mal in public or at a market then ask her and she’ll gitt you with one.

Book your appointment online and get your glow on!

Water damaged wood floor repair in an older home. The water came from the refrigerator water line that was originally fed through a skinny (almost same size as the line) hole that eventually pinched the line. This caused damge in the kitchen as well as the bathroom, which you can watch that repair in my last video.

Water damaged floor repair. Have to level out a 1/2” dip in center to be able to install limestone tile.

Next video will be the kitchen floor repair where the water came from.

Thank you to the clients who trusted me with this project. They were aware this was my first time leveling damaged subfloor and laying floor tiles.
This was a leveling up moment for me and it turned out great!
