L*z replace old peel n stick tiles with LVP flooring.

The glue is no joke but easier to remove with a large Floor Bully scraper. Didn’t use harsh chemicals to remove glue due to animals in the home.

Client is extremely happy they no longer have to trip over the metal floor divider.

Our lovely client wanted us to attach lattice to her deck for better privacy and sun protection. She wanted it to be semi permanent so it is nailed down at the bottom half and the upper is held to the metal by zip ties. She liked the idea of having the option to remove later with less damage. She is one happy client!

This was a project and wow did it teach us a lot.
Our dogs are so much happier with their new yard!

Just a few more finishing touches to do; glue rocks and seal for wet look, place more infill in grass to stand blades up to reduce the appearance of some seam lines, and finally paint the fence.
(Yes the section of grass you see seams in was suppose to be sod and was a last minute change. We used our left over pieces. We would not do this to a client unless requested)

I just wanted to post to remind everyone that we opened a new business called L*z Assist LLC and we serve women and the LGBTQIA2s+ community in Clark County, WA.

We are hopeful that providing a service base business for the community that we should be able to save enough money to finally open our cafe.

We are fully registered, licensed, bonded and insured (license # LEZASAL743BH).
