To celebrate, our very own Carla crafted Green to Gold, a cocktail built as a tribute to those days between late summer and early autumn.
This drink highlights the herbal soul of Sotol Wheeleri, layered with fresh crisp green apple juice, rich apple brandy, a bright burst of Persian and Key lime juices, orange liqueur, and a touch of Oaxaca wildflower honey for a warm, grounding finish.
