I've been racking my brain trying to put into words how to talk about this. First things first though, Friday May 20th will be our last day open to the public. While we've definitely been getting busier these last few months, it's unfortunately been too little too late. ββββββββ

More importantly than the bad news, however, I want to talk about how incredibly proud I am to have had the opportunity to work alongside the team that has brought Bar and Biscuit to life over these past few years. Jake, Sam, Sam, Frank, Henry, and Jasmine y'all make every day an adventure and I'm grateful for each of you. Thank you for bringing us across the finish line. ββββββββ

Specifically though, I want to call out Anthony and Corwin who have gone above and beyond everything that was ever asked of them. These guys have had to deal with unprecedented volatility and unpredictability the likes of which no one on the planet could have predicted or prepared for. Through all the stress, heartache and turmoil, they have not only run an efficient bar, built incredibly tight teams, but have fostered a community in this room. These guys never stop trying to improve and I have learned much from you. ββββββββ
So if you will join us throughout this week, we'll be selling down as much product as we possibly can. We'll have Jazz on Thursday night with Cole Woodard, and then blow things out with a last hurrah party Friday evening. ββββββββ
