Saying goodbye to one bartender is hard enough, saying goodbye to two is even harder.

Our incredible Bar Manager, Tia, is headed to Chicago for an exciting new chapter. Before she goes, she’s taking a moment to say goodbye and walk us through the two delicious cocktails she created for our previous menu refresh.

Our amazing bartender Riona is moving on to bigger and better adventures, and this week marks her final days behind the bar at Bar 1903.

Riona has brought so much creativity, care, and warmth to this space, from the cocktails she’s created to the guests she’s welcomed night after night. We’re incredibly grateful for the time, energy, and heart she’s poured into Bar 1903, and we’ll miss her deeply.

We’ve reached the end of our cocktail Eras Tour. Join us for “Renaissance and Rebirth: 2000 - Now” on Saturday, May 23rd.

For $55 per person, you will experience seven iconic historic cocktails, a full pour of your favorite, and charcuterie pairings. This event runs from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM.

Tickets go on sale TOMORROW, 05/16! The only way to secure your spot is by calling the bar during business hours. We have extremely limited tickets available, so be sure you don’t miss out. It’s going to be one for the ages!
