Friday night, Tony Medina sets the tone with a smooth live set from 6:30–9:30 PM, perfect for easing into the weekend with a drink in hand and nowhere else to be.

Our sonoran fizz blends Agavales tamarind tequila with Chareau aloe liqueur, layered with a touch of Divino Maguey tamarind mezcal smoke. Finished with club soda, it stays light, crisp, and sharp enough to cut through a warm night at the hangar.

Tangy fruit hits first, soft herbal notes settle in behind it, and the mezcal leaves just enough smoke to keep things interesting without taking over the glass.

Made for late sunsets, Trackman trash talk, and the kind of summer nights that somehow move too fast.
