Featuring Jamaican Rums, Fig, Fresh Orange and Lime Juices, Nutmeg

Recipe:
1 oz. Appleton Estate Rum
0.75 oz. Fig Puree Syrup
0.75 oz. Orange Juice
0.5 oz. Smith and Cross Rum
0.25 oz. Lime Juice

Add the measured ingredients into a cocktail shaker set. Set up a double old fashioned glass with a king cube of ice. Add 1-1.5 cups regular cubed ice. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds and using a hawthorne and tea strainer, double strain the cocktail into the double old-fashioned glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg. Drink if you dare. 💀🎱

As a cocktail bar in San Francisco, we like to give our diverse clientele an all-inclusive selection of drinks. We respect and support our customer’s libation choices, or lack of.

Here is one of our non-alcoholic drinks, the Ironwood! A refreshing drink made with fresh mint, fresh-squeezed lime juice, simple syrup, and topped with some crisp ginger b**r.

If you are someone who like liquor or just want to take it easy, give the Ironwood a try!
