Espadín agave meets toasted heirloom corn.

The agave is roasted, tahona-crushed and naturally fermented before distillation. For Elote, dried heirloom corn is toasted on a comal and added to the copper still during the second distillation—bringing a subtle roasted corn character into the finished mezcal.

Clear, joven and made without additives. A celebration mezcal built around two crops at the heart of rural Mexico: agave + corn.
