Some people work behind a bar. Some people become part of its soul.

For the last 10 years, if you’ve spent time at Mezcalito, chances are you’ve spent time with 😎

I’ve spent the last six years documenting this place through a lens, and when I look back through thousands of photos and videos, he’s everywhere. Building cocktails, teaching, laughing with guests, creating experiences, and helping turn strangers into regulars.

The drinks changed. The menus changed. The city changed.

He was always here.

Tuesday, June 16th is his final shift before opening a place of his own . We couldn’t be prouder.

While this chapter at Mezcalito is coming to an end, he’ll always be family. The impact he’s had on this bar, this team, and this community will be felt long after his last shift.

Come raise a glass with us and help celebrate a decade of memories, friendships, and hospitality.

Here’s to the next chapter, and to a brother who will always have a home with us at Mezcalito. 🍻❤️
