Mainstays of the Bay Area Americana scene for nearly a decade, Nashville Honeymoon has traversed country, rockabilly, bluegrass, and pop across four albums — writing songs that uplift the tangled mess of day-to-day life while digging into the universal themes of love and loss, often at the same time. Their latest album, Sidewinder, stays true to its title: grounded in classic country while edging into new sounds and stories that run through American pop music.

Sweet, saucy, sincere — that’s Nashville Honeymoon, and that’s exactly what filled our room Thursday night. Thank you to everyone who came out to listen. 🥃

Rickhouse has been a staple in the Financial District of San Francisco for over 17 years. The bar houses over 400 bottles on their backbar. A great spot for after work and cozy late night gatherings. Rare Company is back tomorrow, Thursday, July 9, bringing their signature blend of bluegrass, folk, and Americana to the Financial District.

This Bay Area string band — dobro, mandolin, guitar, upright bass, and four-part harmonies — swings from stomping barn-burners to ballads that’ll stop you mid-pour. Their debut album Rare Company (Portobello Records, 2026) has packed rooms across SF, from The Plough and Stars to Blondie’s Bar and The Liberties.
