This week, our team had the opportunity to take part in an Aperol training workshop, learning about the brand’s history, tasting through the portfolio, and perfecting the iconic Aperol Spritz.

We’re always looking for ways to deepen our knowledge and elevate the guest experience, because great hospitality is about more than what’s in the glass.

A big thank you to kylee schill for an engaging and insightful afternoon. We loved learning more about one of Italy’s most celebrated aperitifs.
