Not gonna lie, y'all, of the ~50ish menus we put out a year, our New Year's Menu is by far the easiest to make and the most fun. It's as simple as grabbing all our favorite bottles and making all our favorite things (with one obvious exception on the 'Pours' list).
We've got everything from allocated whiskeys to 118 (soon to be 119!) year old Madeiras, wine by Freddie Gibbs, banger classics, and shots of a bottled abomination that somehow has ties to 3 Michelin star NOMA in Copenhagen.
We know it's a Wednesday, and some of y'all have responsibilities tomorrow, so in lieu of a ticketed FYRE Fest type of affair we're going out on a limb and we're gonna be Betty's tonight! No cover, no reservations, and bubbles at midnight! Come hang with us!
And of course, like every year, we're running our New Years menu as well as our regular menu through the middle of January because if there's anything a crew of hospitality professionals understands, it's celebrating a holiday 3 days later 😹
