We will start the evening at 7pm with an Aquatic Embodiment playshop led by Karin Edwards, Certified Rolfer. Let the fluid movements of marine creatures inspire you to move! As we embody the jellyfish, the anemone, and the elegant nudibranch, we find a slower pace. Video projections will transform our space into an aquatic garden. Music that elicits the ocean will be interspersed with gentle verbal invitations. 🪼 You are invited to wear clothing in ocean tones or flowing garments if that helps you get into the spirit, or simply come as you are.

Our Dj for this week is Scott Nice! ()(https://soundcloud.com/scottnice) Born from turntablist culture but unbound by genre, Scott weaves global sounds with scratch techniques on fresh beats that span continents, creating sonic journeys that honor tradition while pushing forward. After chronic illness pulled him away from music, a deep study of Ayurvedic medicine brought him back transformed. Now the healer and the skateboarder share the same dance floor. Twenty years in, he's released 7 albums with over 120k monthly listeners.

We will close the night w/ Raynsong () 🎶 a PDX-born song weaver, snuggle dragon, & community connector. Singing with each other brings together the healing tools of breath, voice, rhythm, coregulation, self-expression, and witnessing! JourneyDance is a guided moving meditation that creates a protected, supportive space to release shame, anxiety, and judgment while moving with your emotions for deeper grounding and clarity. Through music, movement, and visualization, you’ll connect with your body, build emotional resilience, explore boundaries, strengthen intuition and attune to your heart. You’re invited to move in whatever way feels right for you, with props or assistive as needed.

Our DJ for this week is Rabellion! () (soundcloud.com/rabellion) creates a music-driven medicine ceremony for the dance floor. Combining her experience as a shamanic healer with live vocals, original songs and an explosive DJ set, she takes us on a unique musical healing journey filled with magic, healing and freedom. Originally from Puerto Rico & Spain, she has shared her music in 4 continents, 11 countries and about 100 cities worldwide. Her latest releases can be found within Mose’s label Resueño, High Vibe Records & Moonbabe Records. In her live sets, Tati / Rabellion combines her experience as an energy healer with her voice and original productions throughout her DJ set, to offer us a unique musical healing journey. TOMORROW! Join us for our TUESDAY May 19th lineup!

We will start the evening at 7pm with Riding the Dragon Workshop by Ben Rosen (). Through qigong body mechanics, Ben demonstrates and shares that the ancient ways of movement found within qigong can deepen our dance practice. By embodying qualities of Wu Wei, non action, also known as the experience of flow state, each of us can learn to ride the dragon on the dance floor.

Our DJ for this week is NOETIK (.the.alchemist). Alchemical beat maker, DJ and instrumentalist, Noetik, brings a culture fused in deep, lush, break beat atmosphere. Painting landscapes with rich sonic tones and textures of fine recordings with a mixture of percussive originality. Influenced through indigenous futurism, tribal bass, grime, neo soul and turntablism, he invokes a unique and hypnotic experience while delivering deep alchemical sound waves to the dance floor.

We will close with a beautiful Sound Healing bath with Vincent Rondeau (). ​Psy:Lo is an electronic soundscape artist and dedicated sound bath facilitator who weaves deeply immersive auditory experiences. Drawing subtle inspiration from ancient mystic and alchemical traditions, their work transcends traditional music to explore the transformative power of sound and music therapy. Each performance is carefully crafted as an intentional journey, utilizing deep resonance to facilitate healing, relaxation, and profound inner connection. Whether performing live electronic sets or guiding intimate sound healing sessions, Psy:Lo creates expansive spaces for listeners to explore the depths of their own consciousness.
