MAMI CHULA — fresh parcha, vanilla bean infused Don Q Rum, lime, and a decadent cava custard foam. Vibrant, silky, and subtly sweet. Sometimes you don’t need an excuse.

Crispy fries, creamy Peruvian ají sauce, queso fresco, and bright pickled red onions. A little heat, a little tang, and a whole lot to love. Our Peruvian poutine brings a Latin twist to a comfort food classic. 🔥

ADIOS GABRIEL! Tonight is your last chance to catch this boy behind the Papi bar before he takes off to Puerto Rico.
Gabriel has been with us for over a year as our full time barback, learning the ropes, and eventually picking up bartending. We are super grateful for all of his contributions to Papi and are very excited to see his skills grow on the island. Watch out San Juan, he’s coming for you!

Feliz Hispanic Heritage Month. 🌴
Papi was founded in Puerto Rican roots, but has never stopped evolving. From the beginning, our famous doors have been open to welcome everyone.
Still today, our restaurant is shaped by a team with different backgrounds, different traditions, different accents and different stories. Those influences have become part of the food we cook, the drinks we pour and the hospitality we share every day. El sabor.
This month, we celebrate the people, cultures and traditions that continue to shape who we are.
Diferentes raíces. Same vegetable. Somos todos un corillo.
