This doesn't happen often but Bitter & Twisted is seeking its next General Manager. This is a rare opportunity to help lead a world-recognized cocktail bar.

We're looking for a leader who protects our culture, elevates the guest experience, and inspires the people around them. Someone who is equally comfortable coaching on the floor during a high volume Saturday night rush as they are driving the business behind the scenes.
This role extends far beyond service. It requires operational excellence, financial awareness, event planning and ex*****on, strategic thinking, and the ability to develop leaders while keeping an eye on the countless details that make a world-class hospitality program successful.
We are looking for a leader who demonstrates integrity, upholds our culture, prioritizes the guest experience, and motivates those around them. Someone who's passionate. Someone who's humble. Someone who takes the work seriously but never themselves.
The drinks have earned us recognition. But it is the people and the hospitality that makes us who we are.
