For one night only, Chef Pierce Azlin Pierce Azlin of Industry Standard Industry Standard is taking over the Highball kitchen with globally inspired plates, featuring St. George Spirits . Highball bartenders Caleb Shroyer and Samantha Ortiz are spearheading a menu of unique, refreshing, food-driven cocktails designed to complement Pierce’s food.⁣
