Tetsuya Nishiyama has performed at a plethora of Midwest venues, including Green Mill, Andy’s Jazz Club, Jazz Showcase, The Blue Room, the Lied Center in Lincoln, and The Jewel. He’s also performed at the Chicago Jazz Festival, Glen Ellyn Jazz Festival, Jazz in June, and Chicago Blues Festival.

“I feel incredibly fortunate to now be part of this music culture,” he said. “I never planned for jazz to become my life’s path, but one day something simply clicked. Since then, I’ve just been following the music that speaks to me the most and pushing myself every day to grow as far as possible as a musician and artist.”
