Well… we have some pretty exciting news. 👀

The Western Reserve was voted 2nd Place People’s Choice at Taste of Muskegon! 🏆

We can’t thank you enough for showing up, trying our food, and voting for us this weekend. The support was incredible, and we’re beyond grateful.

A huge shoutout to our chef and kitchen team for absolutely crushing it with the Shrimp & Grits, Chili Lime Wagyu Noodles, and Sticky Charred Cauliflower. 🔥

Muskegon showed up hungry, and we couldn’t be more honored to be a part of it. 🫶🏻

We’re pretty excited about these, and we think you’re going to want to try all of them!

🍤Shrimp & Grits (3 tickets)
Burned Out Spice Co. Blackened shrimp, cheesy grits, caramelized onion, bacon, and arugula.

🥢 Chili Lime Wagyu Noodles (4 tickets)
Hoisin, guajillo, and lime-marinated noodles topped with grilled wagyu skirt steak and pickled onion.

🥦 Sticky Charred Cauliflower (3 tickets)
Charred cauliflower with honey-soy glaze, scallions, gochujang aioli, and toasted sesame.
