Chef Wanted – Rooted Supper Club at Fields Cannary
We’re looking for the right chef to help build and lead the kitchen for Rooted, a new restaurant concept launching within Fields Cannary. Rooted will serve as the culinary centerpiece of the property.
Ideal candidate has experience as an Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Chef de Cuisine and has developed in strong, chef-driven kitchens. This role will help shape the menu, build the team, and establish the culture of the kitchen from the ground up.
The Concept:
Rooted will feature a seasonal, ingredient-driven menu built around:
• locally sourced ingredients
• thoughtful, chef-driven cooking
• elevated but approachable dining
• late-night and lounge-friendly offerings
• private dining and event programming
Compensation is competitive and above industry average for the right candidate.
