The STONEBRIDGE RESTAURANT established its roots as a small unassuming local seafood wholesaler known as Milford Seafood, which opened its doors in 1949 and provided thousands of pounds of fresh catch to local restaurants for years. Now, The STONEBRIDGE RESTAURANT, celebrating its 20th Anniversary in 2009, is proud to be a part of the thriving Downtown Milford Entertainment District. Known to the
locals as the “Bridge”, we have grown from a small fresh fish market into a full-service, upscale restaurant and catering facility. A native of Milford, Brett is a graduate of America’s premier culinary college, The Culinary Institute of America, located in Hyde Park, NY. He is also a Certified Executive Chef with the American Culinary Federation. Chef Keating, CEC completed his externship at an exclusive resort on Captiva Island, FL. before returning home to Milford and taking on the challenge of The STONEBRIDGE RESTAURANT.
