The famous Donald Mckayle called her a Warrior, and we get to call her Mom. Happy Birthday to one of the most inspirational and strongest woman we know, Mrs CB! We are super grateful for the countless hours, sacrifices and love that you pour into us and everything you do. Thank you for pushing our students and showing them that they can rise to any challenge, and be successful in everything they do. Thank you for not settling for mediocrity and allowing the students to see their full potential and produce resilient students, world-touring, booked and blessed dancers, and bright individuals. We love You CB and wish you many many more years of success, joy, good health, and everything that makes you smile!

Our Ballet Folklorico group were up bright and early after our late night Pink Out football game to to perform a Veracruz folk dance choreographed by Ms Roxy Perez for the Long Beach Unified School District’s 3rd annual Latino Heritage Celebration! Thank you dancers for representing the department, and the school! We are very proud of you! 🕯️ 🌹

We got to perform our 3rd field show at Friday nights’ game. Shoutout to Cabrillo Jaguars Football 🐆🏈 for their win! 🏆 Our majorettes also got to perform in the stands alongside our cheer and drill teams, and our marching band. Pink Out for Breast Cancer Awareness month was a success, and we’re thankful for the families, CDC alumni, and everyone who came out and celebrated our seniors! Congratulations everyone!

Thank you Coach Lee for choreographing another fun show that continues to bring out more from our majorettes! Thank you A Queen raising her Princesses for supporting and loving on our seniors and helping us with concessions alongside CDC alumna Iliana. 💕💗🎀 We love our dance family!

Hello everyone! This Friday October 9 during the pink out game, our Cabrillo majorette seniors will not only be performing but also be walking for our Cabrillo’s senior night!! On Thursday, Cabrillo Dance Company, CDC Majorettes had a busy day with a rally and a game performance alongside our Drill, Cheer, Flag teams and Band!

Our CDC Majorettes make their debut and we’re so proud of how much they’ve grown over a couple of weeks. Learning a new style, and being ready to perform at the beginning of the semester isn’t easy, but they rose to the occasion and made it happen!
You’ll be seeing us at many more games this year and we’re already cooking up more choreography for you all!
Thank you to our coaches, especially our rally choreographer Ms Brittany Johnson and our Majorettes choreographer Coach Lee for your hard work. This year is already off to an amazing start!

Please note that if you cannot enroll in both classes, you would have to enroll in the LOWER level.
