Thank you to everyone who joined us at our auditions. Here are the results! Make sure you meet with your counselors for any changes. If your number has an “*” next to it, it means that you have been selected for more than one dance class.
Please note that if you cannot enroll in both classes, you would have to enroll in the LOWER level.

We look forward to see you all in class, here’s to an eventful school year! 🙌🏽

It’s time for another season!!! if you missed auditions in the spring, this is your chance to get in to one of the departments upper division classes. Intermediate, Advanced, Dance Company & Majorettes

Auditions will be held tomorrow Thursday (8/27) & Friday (8/28) from 3:45-5pm in the dance studio (room 1206). For any questions come see Mrs. Clark-Booth! See you tomorrow!!!

Congratulations to our Queen! 20 years of service and you still teach, mentor and be there for us dance coaches, students and peers as if it’s your first. You are incomparable, and we appreciate that you do not lower standards and expectations as that continues to keep our students at the center of what you do. Having a strong leader, department chair, mother, athletic director, and all the things is not easy, but people think it’s easy because you do it so flawlessly. Everyone comes to you because they know you get things done. 💪🏽

Thank you for everything you do Mrs CB, thank you for always putting work ethic, dedication, culture, community and showing up at the forefront. Thank you for the sacrifices you have made for us, thank you for standing up for us, and thank you for always trying to find ways to build community between the dancers, the school and the outside world. Your generous spirit and leading by example is why so many come back, why so many stay, why so many love you and have you to thank for their successes.

Join us for our Cabrillo Dance Department’s Summer Dance Intensive 2026! Open to ALL levels, a week of conditioning and dance to get you ready for the new school year!

• August 17th - 21st, 2026
• Time: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Location: Cabrillo High School (2001 Santa Fe Ave, Long Beach, CA 90810) - Check-in at the Gym!
• Cost: $40 registration at the door

You don’t want to miss this years Kaleidoscope! Come support your Cabrillo Dance students for their final show for the school year. Kaleidoscope 2026 is a reflection of the year, where we come from, and looks forward to where are we headed. Let’s send off our seniors with an abundance of love and support as they perform their last show as students. We also get to introduce our new company, our new Majorettes, and we get to perform alongside our folklorico group, PI Club, Faculty and staff (oh yes, it’s… Groovy 😉)
