Our Seared Togarashi Ahi Tuna Salad is the kind of dish that makes you close your eyes on the first bite. Silky, pepper-crusted ahi seared to perfection, nestled on a bed of crisp mixed greens with red onion, juicy grape tomatoes, cool cucumber, and sweet asian pear. Finished with a miso-ginger vinaigrette that hits every note and a drift of delicate bonito flakes that melt the moment they touch your lips.
