Our approach to making cocktails is to create something refreshing, seasonal, and homemade. We create all of our own flavors, consciously choose specific spirits for their flavor profile and not marketing dollars. We want to create something unique and special that you can enjoy on a weekly basis. Our menu is simple but flavorful; we handmake all of our own tortillas and offer an assortment of aut

hentic tacos utilizing all the best products available. We make fresh ceviches, and offer an assortment of delicious salsas and guacamoles. The menu is served until 10pm on Thursday/Sunday and 11pm on Friday/Saturday. Established in 2007. We are on the rooftop of the Historic Breakers of Long Beach, located downtown. The Breakers was the first West Coast Hilton hotel in the 1930's. The rooftop formerly served as a lookout bunker during WWII and has always been a terrance for patrons to enjoy a panoramic view spanning from the Pacific Ocean to The Hollywood Hills. Views of the Queen Mary and Coastline are exceptional. Cielo is the only rooftop bar located in Long Beach.
