LexSwing Dance We teach and promote jazz swing dancing in Lexington, Kentucky. Beginner lesson at every dance! This is limited, so we recommend that you carpool when possible.

Monthly Dances on the 3rd Saturday of the Month
Beginners welcome, no partner required. LexSwing teaches and promotes jazz swing dancing, including East coast swing, Lindy Hop, Charleston, Blues, Shag, and Balboa.​

Policy as of June 2022: Masks recommended but not required. Doors Open 6:30
Lessons 7 to 8 pm
Social dancing 8 to 10:30 pm

School of Dance
898 E High St, Lexington, KY 40502

Admission: $10 at the door. Cash, card, or Venmo (cashless payments will have an added service charge)

Parking: There is a lot immediately behind Barbara's Ann's School of Dance and some street parking. The studio location is in a city block with a lot of businesses so please pay attention to parking signs! No alcohol permitted. Children 12 and under are free with paying adult.

The LexSwing Dance community would like to take a moment to honor the loss of one of our beloved dancers 💔

Patty Lamp passed away yesterday evening, peacefully in her sleep, with her beloved and caring husband Tom Lamp by her side.

We're sending all our love and prayers to Tom and the rest of Patty's family as we grieve the loss of our sweet Patty ❤️
