Okay… this one feels dangerous. 👀🔥
Because I don’t think people are just hungry for food anymore.
I think people are hungry for FEELING something again.
Imagine walking into FYA and it smells like smoked meat, butter, charred citrus, bacon, cheese, cocktails, and comfort food while the music hums low in the background and everybody looks genuinely happy to be there for once.
That’s the vision.
Not “fine dining.”
Not “elevated cuisine.”
Not tiny portions pretending to be art.
I’m talking about:

🤝 Southern comfort soul
🌿 Ricky’s cozy smoked-out dining room energy
THE FILET OPTION — $45 🥩🔥
An 8oz filet mignon marinated with lager, lime juice, chives, and bold churrasco seasoning before getting smoked and charred on the Traeger until the outside develops that deep savory crust while the inside stays buttery and rich.
Finished with chimichurri and charred citrus for that bright herb-heavy bite that cuts through all the smoky richness perfectly.
Like… the kind of steak that makes the whole table stop talking for a second.

THE FRANGO CHICKEN — $20 🍗🔥
Chicken breasts marinated in orange juice, brandy, lager, chives, and herbs before getting smoked and lightly charred until the citrus caramelizes into the meat and the edges pick up that smoky grill flavor.
Finished with chive butter and parsley so every bite tastes bright, savory, smoky, buttery, and ridiculously comforting all at once.
And the SIDES?
Honestly disrespectful.
🥔 Hasselback Potatoes with crispy edges, fluffy centers, melted herb butter, bubbling cheese, and those golden crunchy layers everybody fights over.
🥓 Bacon Fried Cabbage cooked until smoky, savory, buttery, peppery, and rich enough to convert people who “don’t like cabbage.”
🧀 Southern baked mac n cheese with that thick, creamy, sliceable texture and bubbling golden crust that tastes like every holiday dinner you actually loved growing up. MAC AND CHEESE SHOULD HAVE EGGS!
I don’t know.
This just feels like one of those nights people remember.
A little drunk.
A little emotional.
Too full.
Laughing too hard.
Forgetting about bills, politics, stress, and the outside world for a few hours.
And honestly?
That sounds kinda necessary right now.
