At Mineral Lounge, our Mediterranean inspiration goes beyond the plate. It shapes the way we think about the room, the cocktails, and the wines we choose to pour, with a focus on bottles that feel expressive, approachable, and rooted in place.

Currently in the glass: Duc de Foix Xarel·lo from D.O. Penedès in Catalonia, Spain. Made from 100% Xarel·lo, one of the region’s signature grapes, it’s a dry white with delicate floral notes, ripe fruit, bright acidity, and a fresh, lingering finish.

A beautiful example of a Mediterranean wine that feels both easygoing and distinctive.
