Introducing THE RESIDENCE — a thoughtfully designed cocktail bar and lounge, coming to the Power & Light District.

Created in partnership with world-renowned architect David Manica —the visionary behind Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas and Inter Miami’s Freedom Park Stadium, among others — the space is inspired by the feeling of a private residence—layered, intimate, and quietly refined.

Guests are invited to move through a series of distinct rooms, each offering its own atmosphere, with a cocktail program shaped by some of Kansas City’s most respected mixologists.

A place defined by design, hospitality, and attention to detail.
