Our trails are still open!

A couple areas are holding out for this week’s forecasted snowfall. Vilas has decided to temporarily close tomorrow. It’s a bit early yet, but we’ve seen a forecast of 3” to 6” across the north and 5” to 8” near Hurley. Below freezing temps are forecast throughout the ten-day starting Wednesday. Some decent totals could revive these areas, extending a currently ended season. We shall see… 🤞❄️

It's 28 degrees and snowing in Hurley, WI this morning! Quite the change from the upper 40s yesterday. We realize we will most likely not have 2 feet of base on our trails again this season, but you can find good rides, with new loose snow falling today and throughout this week. Most areas in Wisconsin are done for the season, but our Winter enthusiasts are still enjoying the latest Winter wonderland out there, once again. Please use caution as the new layer of snow has blanketed many obstructions once outlined by our groomed edges. You will most likely find some slush on the trails until things refreeze. We are under a Winter Storm Advisory, and so far we are in the best location for the greatest amount of new snow. Our trails ARE STILL OPEN in Northern Iron County.
