“How much alcohol do I actually need for my event?”

A question that has caused more stress than seating charts and timelines combined.

Short answer: less than you think… but more strategically than you’d guess.

Most people either overbuy “just in case” or underestimate how fast guests can go from one drink to this is my third margarita and I’m thriving.

That’s where we come in.

We calculate everything based on:

⏱️ event length
🍹 your drink menu
🥂 and how your guests actually drink (not how Pinterest says they will)

One of our favorite parts of planning a bar menu is making sure everyone has something they’re excited to drink. Whether you’re skipping alcohol for the night, the weekend, or forever, you deserve more than cranberry juice in a wine glass.
