ARTIST SPOTLIGHT — ANTONIO OCASIO
For nearly three decades, Antonio Ocasio has carried a sound rooted in afro latin jazz rhythms, deep house and the spirit of the dancefloor through his productions, DJ sets and the Tribal Winds label.
A respected force in New York house music, Antonio’s sound has moved through dancefloors, record bags and releases alongside some of the culture’s most influential DJs, while Tribal Winds has helped carry afro latin jazz-rooted deep house into underground dance culture worldwide.
Drawing inspiration from ancestry, rhythm, his love for David Mancuso’s Loft and the energy of the floor, Antonio approaches music as a storyteller, creating sets that unfold with warmth, depth, rhythm and intention.
Through Tribal Winds, Antonio has collaborated with artists including Josh Milan, Jephte Guillaume, Quentin Harris, PRAFUL, Gabriel Roth & The Mirrors, Louie “Balo” Guzman, Fenix Fantasy and many others.
For the first time in Hawaii, we welcome
