We have an impressive selection of premium scotch, whiskey, gin, and vodka and our craft cocktail menu is created and refreshed seasonally by our outstanding craft cocktailers. The food menu features shared platters, small plates, paninis, soups, salads and desserts, along with a few modern takes on 1800s saloon fare. Created by Chef John Wilson, much of the menu is house made, including venison, boar, and bison sausage, dips, sauces, pickles, and ricotta cheese. The platters and small plates underscore Miners Saloon’s goal of being a gathering place for old friends and new. A lighted Onyx bar and two fireplaces provide a warm and cozy environment for you to relax and enjoy good times with friends. Our patio faces the foothills and will soon be outfitted with misters to keep you cool when it’s hot outside. We have a full garage door, and a half garage door serves as a bar inside & out.
