Meet Bella, Alchemy’s Bar Manager and Bartender.
With nine years of experience in the hospitality industry, including four years working as a bartender, Bella has developed a genuine love of cocktails and the craft behind them, along with a deep care for the people who walk through Alchemy’s doors.
She’s spirited, generous, and has a natural instinct for creating joyful experiences for guests. As Bar Manager, she brings an open mind and an appetite for learning, teaching and trying something new, while sharing her knowledge of flavor profiles and house-made liqueurs with her team.
For Bella, caring for people is an important part of the job, whether she’s welcoming a guest, helping a teammate learn something new, or being there for someone celebrating a big moment.
Away from Alchemy, Bella’s world is full of animals. She has been fostering since she was 14 and has helped more than 150 dogs and cats along the way. Her love for animals has even become part of her family’s birthday tradition: every year, Bella gives her mother a rescued animal for her birthday. Over the years, those gifts have included a possum, a duck, a chicken, and an array of dogs and cats.
It’s a fitting glimpse into the person who leads Alchemy’s bar program. Whether she’s developing cocktails, sharing knowledge with her team or making a guest feel welcome, Bella brings a generous spirit to the work she does.
