VINIFERA New York joins an exceptionally rarefied category of hospitality houses around the world with its own line of Champagne โ a direct expression of the brand through one of the most revered terroirs in wine.
Champagne Deux Rois is the companyโs latest pivot with its Le Chevalier line of wines.
Licensed by the Champagne Bureau in Summer 2025, VINIFERA has quietly been cultivating this project within vineyards and cellar walls in Champagne. Now, it moves into its final stage, with labels entering production and the first arrivals expected Fall/Winter 2026โ2027.
The collection will debut with three cuvรฉes: a Grand Reserve Brut, a Blanc de Blancs, and a Rosรฉ Champagne.
For Kevin, Champagne Deux Rois has been a long-standing pursuit of quality, shaped by an exacting eye, uncompromising discernment, and a deep respect for the relentless standards that define the worldโs greatest wine regions.
Working collaboratively with growers and winemakers on vineyard sourcing, blending, aging, dosage, and the final expression of the wine itself, every decision was made with eagle-eyed intention.

Available exclusively in VINIFERA New Yorkโs own current and future locations, Champagne Deux Rois will be intentionally limited in access โ reserved only for its guests, tables, and experiences that define the house itself.
