We also offer the yerba mate whic

h is served with traditional gourds. This is a South American tradition and offers many health benefits. Kava has been consumed for many centuries around the globe. Pacific cultures have been drinking Kava for over 3,000 years. It is used for many reasons here are a few; ceremonial, political, medicinal, social purposes. Many scientific studies suggest that kava can help with anxiety, depression, insomnia, muscle pain. Kava is relaxing and takes you away from the day to day hustle bustle of our lives. It's a place of good vibes, recharging, socializing after a long day or night at work/school. Mai Kai Kava is our favorite way to unwind without the effects of alcohol. Oh and did I mention pet & kid friendly. Yes, that's right bring the fur babies!
