Featured today is the Webster Cocktail from the revered Savoy Cocktail Book, a favorite cocktail of passengers of the SS Mauritania. With Plymouth Gin, lime juice, Blanc Vermouth, and Apricot Liqueur; this cocktail drinks like an elevated, floral Gimlet.
