Try our newest addition item on our main plate menu. 🤗 ~Salmon Nam Kati~ “Nam Kati” (น้ำกะทิ) is Thai and literally means “coconut milk broth.” Our tender seared salmon is in a fragrant coconut broth infused with shallots, lemongrass, galangal, and kaffir lime leaf, and edamame. Topped with crispy fried shallots, and green onions, finished with a bright lime chili jam oil. Served with red & white rice. 😋

Dear Valued Customers,

We are thrilled to announce that Blu Mist has found a new home! We are excited to share that we will be reopening and welcoming you back very soon.
Our new location is 2840 Crescent Ave, Eugene, formerly home to Los Potrillos Mexican Restaurant. We are currently under construction, which is taking a little longer than expected, but we are planning to open our doors in late January 2026.
Our team is eager to serve you again, and we truly cannot wait to see all your familiar faces back at Blu Mist.

Dear Valued Customers,

It has been amazing years with all of your support, but we are regretfully having to announce that Blu Mist will be closed for business and will be looking for a new home in the near future.

Our last day of the restaurant will be on Sunday January 28th, 2024.

We will definitely reopen once we find a new location. Please check our Facebook/Instagram page and website www.blumistrb.com for any updates. In the meantime, please let us know if you see a nice spot that will be suitable for Blu Mist.
