Seattle, it’s official. Death & Co opens Thursday, September 3.
This is a big one: we’re on the eve of our 20th anniversary. Twenty years of recipes, teams, memories. Four bars (almost five!), three books, countless hours spent building, dreaming, creating.
To celebrate 20, and to celebrate Seattle, we’re also excited to not only open the doors to a new bar but to debut an entirely new look — this will be the first major evolution to our menus in almost ten years, and our first refresh to our identity in even longer. We partnered with our friends polonsky & friends to bring our vision to life. We have so much more to share with you, but swipe through now for a sneak peek.
