THE DEETS:

Tomorrow, Saturday October 3rd, is our 5 Year Anniversary Party!

WHATS GOING ON?
Our whole block of Hanover Street businesses will be hosting little celebrations and activities) check out their pages for more details),and our celebration kicks off at 2pm.
Our little chunk of Hanover Street will be closed down to make space for Humane Educational Society volunteers and some adoptable pets (!!!) as well as local artists, vintage clothing vendors, and plenty of seating for folks to sit and enjoy the block party.

FOOD?
Food service will start at 2pm, and while the indoor portion of our celebration will be 21+, food and soft drink service will be available via the garden gate to anyone on the street :)
Bryan will be slinging tacos, smash burgers, elote, and more!

MUSIC?

Music kicks off around 5pm, we’ll have performances from DJ redhawk, Husky Burnette, Cult Baby, and Lillian

If you’ve see these artists perform, you know this isn’t one to miss. If you HAVE NOT seen them perform, you will most certainly want to experience it! For our regulars out there, Cult Baby is Joan’s band and she is an absolute joy to see perform.

COVER?
Yes, there is a cover! Entry for the music is 10 bucks (suggested). 5 of this goes to the band and 5 goes to Humane Educational Society
In return, you will receive a raffle ticket. This gets you in the running for some seriously badass items and experiences. We’ve received donations from so many local business and artists, like Artist * Perceptual Painter * Educator * Chattanooga, TN, Hunter Museum of American Art, Lodge Cast Iron, and Rock City Gardens (just to name a few!) seriously there are so many amazing items in this raffle.
If you want more chances to win badass stuff, each additional raffle ticket is $5 and goes directly to HES.
Big thank you to BAD BEARD EVENTS ™️ & Tucker Build who will be matching our donations from the raffle! THANK YOU!

Our donations to HES will also from some of our cocktail sales featuring Tito’s Vodka and Tito’s will match that donation up to 1500, so get down here and drink some Frankie Goes to Hollywoods!

OKAY- MARK THINE CALENDAR

It’s a bit wild to digest, but our 5th Anniversary Party is upon us. If you’re thinking “huh, this timeline seems off” you aren’t wrong. 5 years of open doors was actually the last week of June- but weather is really too damn fearsome to face these summer days, so last year we moved our celebration to what will hopefully be cooler times.

Some badass local acts will be playing, and we’ve organized a raffle that has some ⭐️ AMAZING ⭐️ donations from local artists, designers, and businesses. It’s really beautiful stuff that honestly we would keep for ourselves if we could 🙂

There is a LOT happening this weekend: the re-opening of the walking bridge, a bluegrass festival, probably some other cool stuff we don’t event know about, BUT, if y’all could come hang with us for a bit, it would be pretty cool.

We’ll be opening early at 2, with the grill going the - music will start not long after. Line up and activities details to come soon 💛

Here are a few beautiful bottles we’d love for you to meet:

Christina, Orange 2024
Organically farmed in Niederosterreich, Austria. Christina is a female w**emaker who focuses on fresh, vibrant, unfined, and unfiltered natural w**es using minimal sulfur and indigenous Austrian grapes. This orange is juicy, herbal and citrusy, with complex tannins and medium body.

Maitre de Chai, Sparkling Solera
This 100% Chardonnay sparkling is incredibly rare, no longer in production, and we think the closest you can get to a Blanc de Blancs with a made in USA label. Notes of candied lemon, beeswax and almond butter. Whether you pop this one just because or for special occasion, you can’t miss. Only a few bottles of this left in house.

Ouest, 2024 Columbia Valley Red
From division w**e company, this low intervention red blend is single vineyard sourced near the volcanic cascade mountains. Medium Light Body with crunchy red notes and grippy tannins- we think this would be perfect with a light chill and our mortadella sandwich

LABOR DAY PLANS?

Rosecomb will be opening up early this coming Labor Day Monday as the RC Bar & Grill. Mom & Pop are opening up the shop with, Ryan behind the bar and Chloe out on the grill. We’ll have some yard games set up, maybe even a sprinkler going, so come down, grab some BBQ and hang with your neighbors for a bit.
NO RESERVATIONS accepted for this section of the day, 12-4 is first come, first serve.

Regular dinner service will start at 4pm, so if you’ve got reservations for the evening, you can expect the OG Rosecomb menu!
