Last week’s tasting dinner, it meant a lot to see it come together the way we hoped 🫱🏾‍🫲🏽

Thank you to everyone who showed up and shared it with us.
A special thank you to our chefs for creating such an exceptional menu, and to our bartenders for understanding the chefs’ flavors and translating them into thoughtful pairings !

Course Five: Café del Trópico.

For our final cocktail course, we leaned into something that helps round out the meal: a coffee-forward drink with depth, a touch of sweetness and a clean finish.

Don Julio, Pedro Ximénez, coconut cream, espresso, and clarified pineapple, finished with a banana bread s’more.
