As delicious as this Mint Julep looks, our Kentucky-centric May mixology class is sold out. Not to worry, we’ve got something else up our sleeves: introducing our new monthly tasting classes!
Starting on Monday, June 1 with a focus on Chartreuse, (then moving to the first Tuesday of each month), these classes will follow the format of our cocktail classes in that they are meant to be fun, informative, and social. We will go through the techniques of professional tasting and how to analyze the components of a spirit.
You will be provided with tasting sheets to make notes of your impressions and which are your favorites, but we will also focus on the history of the spirits we are tasting and their parent categories. We will discuss the personalities and intriguing stories behind the spirit. Unlike the cocktail classes, prices per class will vary as we explore widely different products, some of them obscure and rare.
These classes are slightly smaller, with seating limited to 12 people per class, so grab yours before they sell out! Tickets are $100/each. Hope to see you there! (Link in bio)
