Monday, May 4th! State Park! We're drinking tequila!

Roll through for the release of Patron 100, a brand new bottling of blanco tequila made from 100% tahona-milled agave and distilled to a crisp 100-proof ๐Ÿ’ฅ We'll have drinks from guest bartenders and certified homies Ryan Polhemus of and Vikki Aubin of ๐Ÿน We'll have an all-vinyl set of cumbia and salsa from of the mighty ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿพ We might even have a bicycle-powered margarita blender, but no promises on that just yet.

8pm till late! Monday night! See you there!

Latin Quarter is now on the menu with our proprietary bottling of privateer rum, azucar providencia, and peychaud's, angostura, and our own chocolate bitters that we make with valrhona chocolate, overproof jamaican rum, and spices. The formula is from Joaquin Simo, the juice is mostly our own, but it's really a Sazerac-kinda, and it's really delicious. One other thing that makes our expression of this drink special is that it is diluted with coconut water instead of boring-old-water-water and then it's tucked into the coldest corner of the freezer until it's ready to serve. On the pick up we pour it into a rippin' cold glass, spritz it with herbsaint, and express the oil from a lemon peel over the top.

It's tropical, it's spiritous, it's unique, it's delicious, and if you want a shot of it we call that a Latin Nickel and you also have to get a cold beer to wash it down. We don't make the rules. Talk soon. Best.
