New week means new w**e! 🍷 Haynes Vineyard 100% Syrah. Certified Organic and Biodynamic. Aged for 10 months in large oak casks. A bright and focused red with very fine tannins that give tension and energy. Blackberry, spice and some flint. Floral, too. Medium-bodied. Vivid. Drink or hold. 97 points from James Suckling - W**e Ratings

New week, new w**e! Intense aromas of ripe dark berries, Bing cherries and black fruits fill your glass. Combined with layers of cinnamon, pipe to***co and vanilla, gives this w**e a velvety texture and a framework of elegant tannins.
Each lot for the V Cuvee blend were hand sorted then de-stemmed and cold soaked for 3 to 5 days. Fermented in open top fermenters and gently punch down by hand twice a day. The w**e was then pressed off skins then racked to French barrels to age. After aging, each lot and barrel was specially selected to create our Bordeaux blend. The selected barrels were then blended together and bottled unfined and unfiltered. Vincent Vineyards
