Named one of Yelp’s Top 100 Restaurants in 2023, Corazón Taste of Mexico has returned—this time through a bold and creative collaboration with Revolución Cantina in Downtown Fullerton.
Led by Executive Chef Fernando Romero, this partnership marks the beginning of a gradual transformation as Revolución evolves into Corazón Taste of Mexico—a refined yet rebellious culinary experience rooted in the spirit of the 1910 Mexican Revolution.
Our menu features elevated Mexican classics with a modern twist: crispy flautas, seafood-forward aguachile negro, sweet corn tamales, tempura chile rellenos, ribeye with jalapeño butter, and brunch favorites like chilaquiles and French toast. The cocktail program includes handcrafted mezcal creations, signature margaritas, and house-made raspados spiked with Papa’s Pilar rum. Wines from Valle de Guadalupe and small-batch beer from Tecate bring even more depth to the experience.
